Zostel is located in the heart of the hill town with some super cool amenities.
Amazing views, friendly staff, and cleanliness make it our top choice. The live music program and bonfire at night are a must-attend. Female-only dorms are also available.
For the Fun Traveler (Hotel):
Fortune Resort Grace:
This property has an excellent location, right at the beginning of Mall Road, with some breathtaking views of the valley. They have all sorts of luxuries including a spa, indoor games, and an in-house multi-cuisine restaurant offering delicious food.
Ell Bee Mussoorie:
Elbee is another good property at the prime Mall Road location with well-trained and courteous staff. The rooms here are clean and spacious, and the food is delightful.

1. Café Ivy
Stationed near the famous Char Dukan, Landour - Café Ivy overlooks a valley covered in mist and is adorably decorated with books, paintings, and comfy, plush seats.
They serve some delectable Pepperoni Pizza and pasta, and the coffee here is next to perfect!
2. Kalsang Friends Corner
Kalsang Friends Corner is quite famous for traditional Tibetan food like Momos, Thukpa, Mokthuk, and Thai cuisine.
They have some relishing chicken dishes which makes this place a must-visit.
3. Café By The Way
Café By The Way is my personal favorite!
It's a cozy little place with some bright and unique interiors, perfect for enjoying board games (which they provide) with your friends along with some soothing music.
Their hot chocolate is by far the best one I have tried.
4. Urban Turban
North Indian cuisine lovers, this place is for you!
From mouth-watering Dal Makhani to delicious Lachha Paratha, the food here is to die for.
5. Little Llama Café
Little Llama is a cutesy café with a great view and a wide variety of food to devour!
They serve everything, from Italian to Continental to Asian food, and their Hummus Falafel Platter, juicy burgers & frothy shakes are just divine!
6. Landour Bakehouse
This English-style, vintage-looking bakery with all kinds of sweet treats awaits you in Landour. It has an intriguing vibe with brick walls and antique curios.
Do try their Peanut Butter Brownie and Cinnamon Doughnut!
What to do
1. Kempty Falls
Located on the way between Dehradun-Mussoorie roads, Kempty Falls is a beautiful cascade of water that falls to the ground from a mighty altitude of 40 feet.
It is a beautiful picnic spot and don't forget to enjoy some hot Maggi after taking a dip in the falls.
2. Mall Road
Located in the heart of Mussoorie, the Mall Road is a colonial relic with benches and lampposts filled with modern shops, video game parlors, and skating rinks.
Do try out a photograph in local traditional attire here. There are also a lot of souvenir shops here where you can purchase knick-knacks.
3. Company Garden
The vibrant Company Garden is a lovely place to spend an entire day out with your family and friends within the lush greenery and the beautiful blossoms.
It is a popular tourist attraction and people enjoy strolling or taking photographs in the eclectic lawn of the garden.
4. Gun Hill Point
Said to be an extinct volcano, Gun Hill is the second-highest point in Mussoorie, situated at an altitude of 2024 meters. The scene from the top of this hill is a panoramic view of the snow-clad Himalayan ranges.
The highlight of Gun Hill is the ropeway, which provides a full view of the hill station of Mussoorie.
Miscellaneous Tips
The best time to visit Mussoorie would be around spring (Feb–April) or before peak winters (Sept–Nov).
You can reach Mussoorie via Dehradun, which has good connectivity by air, road as well as rail. From Dehradun, you can either take a bus or a cab.
For commuting in Mussoorie, you can take a cab to further destinations like Kempty falls, the company garden, etc. All other places like eateries and hotels are within walking distance from Mall Road.
